Tổng quan biến tần FR-A800
Biến tần Mitsubishi FR-A800 series là dòng sản phẩm cao cấp, được thiết kế để mang lại hiệu suất truyền động vượt trội và độ tin cậy cao cho các ứng dụng công nghiệp phức tạp. Kế thừa những công nghệ tiên tiến, A800 nổi bật với khả năng điều khiển vector không cảm biến thực (Real sensorless vector control), giúp động cơ đạt được mô-men xoắn cao ngay cả ở tốc độ thấp mà không cần lắp thêm encoder. Dòng biến tần này còn tích hợp nhiều chức năng an toàn (Safe Torque Off – STO) đạt tiêu chuẩn quốc tế, khả năng tiết kiệm năng lượng tối ưu nhờ Optimum excitation control và tính linh hoạt cao trong việc kết nối với nhiều hệ thống mạng truyền thông công nghiệp. Với các chế độ tải đa dạng (SLD, LD, ND, HD), FR-A800 là giải pháp lý tưởng cho các ứng dụng tải nặng như cần cẩu, máy ép, máy cuốn và các dây chuyền sản xuất đòi hỏi độ chính xác cao.
